You know that owning a web hosting is the best way to be know in the internet world.
Now, you have come to the realization that everybody wants to be know. Who is going to see your web site then? If everybody is in the move of getting their own web site….
Wrong. even the people who owns websites need to get some other services in other websites. Internet is just another, “modern”, way to show yourself or your products and services. That doesn’t mean that once you have your own website you will be isolated from the world.
There is not website that has it all. Even the site of the news papers or TV. they only provide certain information.
Perhaps the crisis is for the websites that have been very popular in the past. Now simple people can have their own website and show their art, their dreams, their thoughts.
Keep in touch with the new technology.
cheers

Both of these software packages are open source and written in PHP. Which one is the one you choose? That depends one your time and objectives. WordPress is exclusive and limited to make Blogs. It is actually a very easy software to make blogs as it comes with a predetermined blogging visual configuration, ready to use. Drupal instead, is not only to make blogs but to make any content system, like a video tube or an online newspaper. Of course, that means that it will take more time to configure it and actually “code” in order to get your results. So to sum up, For WordPress you will have a blog very quickly with almost no programming skills required. For Drupal you need more time and programming skills. How much effort are you willing to put here? No matter which path you choose, there is gain in experience in Drupal for the time invested, and perhaps you come up with more ambitious ideas for your next web hosting project! Think it for a couple of hours but not for more. Those hours could be useful in your project. Good luck!
